FAÇADE SURVEYS

A preventative approach to structural maintenance allows Estates and Building Managers to reduce capital expenditure and mitigate risks before they impact staff and students.

Our façade surveys are carried out using MEWPs and drone technology (if needed), to help reduce time, disruption and the costs associated with erecting scaffolding. This also allows for loose and dangerous structural items to be made safe or removed during the survey.

FAÇADE CLEANING

This process is suitable for most surface substrates on modern or historic buildings.

  • Environmental Responsibility: There is no need for high-pressure steam or harsh chemical solutions – ultrafine particles of aluminium silicate (a recycled mineral) gently lift grime before being collected via a water curtain for recycling—aligning with the sustainability goals of modern universities.
  • Zero Footprint: At the end of every shift, the boom is retracted and the equipment is removed, leaving the campus perimeter entirely secure and the building's aesthetic uncompromised.
