Prize draws and Social media giveaways
This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the owners of this platform. No cash or prize alternatives are available. This prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and contingent upon availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize. Styles Façade Solutions® (the trading name for Heritage Building Conservation Ltd) has the right to replace any prize with one of equal or better value at our sole discretion. When we ask for specific information from you, we have the right to choose a different winner if you don’t send details within 28 days of our notification. Prizes will be distributed within 30 days of notification. In the event that the first winner cannot be reached within a reasonable amount of time, Styles Façade Solutions® reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.
Styles Façade Solutions® shall under no circumstances be held liable for any loss, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from or in any way related to any errors, flaws, interruptions, malfunctions, or delays in the promotion of the competition or prize. Unless otherwise required by law, Styles Façade Solutions® disclaims all liability for any loss, adjustments, costs, or expenses that may result from this competition. The law of (England and Wales) shall govern any issue relating to the competition, and the English courts shall have sole jurisdiction over this matter. By entering, entrants consent to the above terms.
Assignment
We may transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with our rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer, sub-contract or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions.
Severability
If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
Entire agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Styles Façade Solutions® in relation to your use of this website and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
