A preventative approach to structural maintenance is the most effective way to reduce the financial burden on taxpayers from the escalating costs of emergency repairs.

Our specialists use MEWPs (Mobile Elevating Work Platforms) and, where necessary, drone technology to provide a quick, minimally disruptive, scaffold-free assessment. This allows our team to identify and immediately ‘make safe’ or remove dangerous structural items during the survey process.

The Styles Façade Solutions team of façade specialists are qualified and experienced, offering an authoritative, knowledgeable appraisal with detailed recommendations for the best course of action.

Once the survey is complete, you will receive a detailed report that includes photographs of any defects or areas of concern. Your report highlights all key areas of risk through a colour-coded system, showing those areas that need immediate action and those that will need to be sorted within one month, six months, or 12 months, allowing for transparent and responsible budget allocation.

FAÇADE CLEANING

Through a gentle cleaning process, Façade Gommage effectively and efficiently removes dirt and grime to reveal the building's natural stone or surface. This process is suitable for most surface substrates on modern or historic buildings.

Projected under low pressure from a cabin mounted on a hydraulic boom, ultrafine dry particles of aluminium silicate (a chemically inert by-product of aluminium smelting) flow across all surfaces, gently rubbing away decades of dirt and grime before being drawn off, filtered and collected through a water curtain for recycling.

Unlike scaffolding, which can remain in place for months and compromise site security, our system is simply retracted on its hydraulic boom at the end of every shift, leaving the building’s perimeter completely secure.
